The Heads of Department have been requested to confirm the presence of all the officers / employees of Sujanagar Upazila in all the programs of the Great Victory Day / 2014.

The preparatory meeting was held on the occasion of the celebration of the Great Victory Day '3, with the presidency of the Upazila Executive Officer Mr. Md. Sakhawat Hossain. The meeting was attended by the Upazila Parishad Chairman, Vice Chairman, Women Vice-Chairman and other members.

On December 16, 2014, I wish all the best wishes and congratulations. The day of great victory is December 16, the day of glory and pride of the nation. During the long 6-month bloody struggle under the strong leadership of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahmer and the blood of millions of martyrs, on that day on the world map, the children of heroes whose highest patriotism and unbridled self-sacrifice were acquired by independent Bangladesh.

Upazila administration, Suzanagar, Pabna has taken a program for two (two) days to celebrate the day in a fitting manner to preserve the unforgettable and glorious memory of the Great War.

 

The program is adopted as follows:

Children's drawing competition at 3.00 pm on the 15th, Dec 2014. From evening to evening, the main roads and highways are decorated with national and color flags and light decoration.

Good start to the Great Victory Day / 2014 by the arraignment at 12.00 am on the 16th Dec, 2014 of the day. The flag was raised in all establishments in the morning. After this the victory rally started. Offering floral shrines in the memory of the martyred freedom fighters and praying. There are different types of sports at 2pm.

This is how the day will be observed.
